First Baptist Church of Midland, Michigan is seeking an exceptional candidate for its part-time (20 hours per week) Music Leader position. The Music Minister position would be responsible for collaborating with pastoral staff in leading meaningful worship each week and provide ministry outlets for those interested in music. These ministries help children, youth and adults grow in their spiritual and musical abilities through praising God.

· Our church membership is 100 people with an average church attendance of 45. We have a history of a strong music program worshiping God through blended worship with vocal choirs, handbells and gifted musicians.

The Music Minister position will have an annual salary of $17,000. Additional benefits include paid vacation time and a flexible schedule.
